2 pounds pork spareribs
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 cup apple sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 large clove garlic, minced
2 drops EZ-Sweetz
In saucepan of boiling water, simmer ribs about 5 minutes to remove excess fat. Drain. In shallow baking dish, combine remaining ingredients. Add ribs and marinate 2 to 3 hours. Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake, uncovered, 45 minutes. Increase temperature to 450°F and continue baking 5 to 10 minutes, or until very tender.

1/4 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise
4 drops EZ-Sweetz
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 pinch nutmeg
1 cup chopped apple
1/4 cup chopped celery
1 tablespoon chopped dried grape
1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
Mix yogurt, mayonnaise, EZ-Sweetz, lemon juice, and nutmeg together in a large bowl. Chill for 30 minutes, then add celery and apple with the chilled dressing. Sprinkle the dried grape and walnuts before serve.
