Fruit Punch(40 Servings)
6 large bananas
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
6 (32 oz) bottles diet lemon-lime soda
2 cups orange juice
1 (46 oz) can unsweetened pineapple juice
1 teaspoon EZ-Sweetz
5 cups water
Mash bananas and place in a blender. Pour in water, blend until smooth then and transfer to a large container along with the other juices. Mix well. Add the soda and mix before serving. Replace water with Rum if desired. Makes 40 cups.
Fancy Strawberry Shake (1 Serving)
½ cup plain nonfat yogurt
¾ cup fresh strawberries
¼ cup skim milk
2 ice cubes
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
4 drops EZ-Sweetz®
In a blender, blend all ingredients until smooth and frothy. Pour into a glass.
Iced Tea(6 Servings)
2 cups boiling water
6 British Breakfast teabags
1/8 cup fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon of EZ-Sweetz (2.0oz package)
4 cups cold water
1. In a pitcher, pour boiling water over the tea bags. Steep 5 minutes; remove the teabags.
2. Add lemon juice, 12 drops EZ-Sweetz, and mix with cold water.
3. Refrigerate until well chilled.
4. Pour over ice in tall glasses. Makes 6 cups
Lemonade (6 servings)
5 ½ cups water
1 ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
½ teaspoons EZ-Sweetz®
Lemon slices
In a pitch, mix water lemon juice, add EZ-Sweetz®. Refrigerate. Serve over ice, garnished with lemon slices.
Mongo Yogurt Shake
1/3 cup nonfat dry milk powder
½ cup skim milk
1 small overripe mongo (slices)
3 drops EZ-Sweetz
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
2 ice cubes
1 cup plain low fat yogurt
In blender, blend milks, mongo, EZ-Sweetz, ice cubes, vanilla extract, and yogurt until smooth. Pour into a glass.
Tapioca Fruit
1/4 cup tapioca
3/4 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 cup unsweetened apple juice
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 tablespoon EZ-Sweetz
Mix tapioca with the fruit juices, nutmeg, and EZ-Sweetz. Let stand about 5 minutes. Bring to boil with low heat, stirring constantly. Cool. Stir Well. Serve hot or cold.
Banana Bread(18 servings)
2 cup cake flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg, well beaten
1 packet Butter Buds, mixed with 1/4 cup hot water
1/4 cup sugar
6 drops EZ-Sweetz
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup mashed bananas
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In medium size bowl, sift together flours, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In separate bowl, combine egg, Butter Buds, sugar, EZ-Sweetz, vanilla, and bananas. Add dry ingredients, mix until moist. Turn into nonstick 9 X 5 inch loaf pan. Bake 1 hour, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
